If you have tested positive for COVID or any other sickness, you must wait 2 weeks (14 days) before you can book another appointment. This policy will be enforced for the safety of clients and staff.

We do not do fill ins on other lashers work. If you have lashes that were applied at another salon, we can remove them, free of charge, prior to applying a new set.

CLIENTS MUST WAIT IN THEIR VEHICLE UNTIL THEIR APPOINTMENT TIME.
PLEASE ENTER THE SALON AT YOUR ACTUAL APPOINTMENT TIME, NOT A COUPLE OF MINUTES BEFORE.

CLIENTS MAY WEAR A FACE MASK UPON ENTRY INTO THE SALON AND WHILE RECEIVING SERVICES.

To ensure you are able to get an appointment that best suits your schedule, DO NOT wait until the last minute or you have few lashes to book your next appointment. I recommend clients book 2-3 appointments in advance.

Please REMOVE ALL MAKE-UP AND THOROUGHLY WASH YOUR LASHES PRIOR to your appointment!​

Your regular lash maintenance includes washing and brushing your lashes twice daily. To ensure maximum adhesion and retention, please wash them BEFORE coming to your appointment. If you are unable to wash your face and lashes prior to arrival, you may use the lash cleanser at the salon, however, there will be less time for actual lash application.

Please DO NOT DRINK CAFFEINATED PRODUCTS OR EAT SUGARY FOODS PRIOR to your appointment.
This causes rapid involuntary eye twitching which interferes with lash application!
More movement = less lashes

Please DO NOT SMOKE OR APPLY PERFUME PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT! Many clients are sensitive and/or allergic to these strong odors. Let's keep the environment pleasant for everyone!

Please turn your phone off or place it in silent mode prior to your appointment!

DUE TO INSURANCE REASONS, CHILDREN ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE SALON! This is anyone under 18 years old, who is not receiving lash services.

Please do not bring any guests with you to your appointment.

Cancellation Policy
​

Clients who cancel with less than 24 hours notice, will incur a $25.00 cancellation fee.

Clients who do not call or show for an appointment are charged the FULL COST of their scheduled appointment.

During inclement weather only, if Government Offices and Schools are closed, you will not be charged a cancellation fee for same day cancellations.
